Technically this isn’t towing…pushing with style maybe but not towing

India never ceases to amaze me😂😂I thought this only happens in Bollywood

Why is it that, whenever I see something extremely stupid and /or dangerous, it’s most likely a video from either Brazil, India or Russia

Not interesting, just stupidity, risking own life and other people life to save some bucks

    5. not dumb if it works.

of course, if it doesnt work, his leg snaps backward at best.

    6. I’m surprised it had enough power to push the car.

The scooter barely has enough power to push one man.

Okay imma clarify a few things, “tochan“ literally translates to poking someone, as in you tow the vehicle by poking it with your foot. This works on all sort of vehicles, from cycles, bikes, tuktuks, to smaller cars, only limit being how much weight can your leg and bike push safely. It’s usually very safe and efficient way to tow a vehicle, when done slowly and on the side of the road. These fuckers here are being extra about it by overtaking the semi. Later in the video you see them sticking to the left lane, which is where you’re supposed to be while you give tochan to another vehicle.
I today witnessed someone tow another bike this way. Hell I’ve towed my friends moped this way last week by poking him with my moped. This way you don’t need to push your bike or car to mechanics or to gas station, or call an expensive ass towing vehicle.

    8. Fast and Furious never did well in India because Indian audiences didn’t understand why they needed to pay to see people driving around normally.

    9. I used to do this with golf carts back when I worked at a course. I could sit on the passenger side of the cart I was using for power, with the empty cart on my right. Left foot and left hand on powered cart’s pedals and wheel, right foot on floorboard of empty cart and right hand on empty cart’s steering wheel.

I couldn’t go full speed, but I could take two carts at a time back to the cart barn to wash em off.

Tochan means injection. This is quite dangerous because if the vehicle being pushed applies sudden brakes then it would break the leg of the guy pushing.

Bro’s not even looking at the road while doing it half the time. Some seriously impressive skills.

Also crazy dangerous. But seriously impressive nonetheless.

    12. I mean, I can imagine doing this shit, if you have no other options, but overtaking trucks is another level of insanity.

I know it looks absurdly dangerous but is it reallly as dangerous as it looks? The guy in the car can still brake and steer perfectly well (I think) the only major risk is to the pusher which he’s consented to. I wouldn’t do it obviously but I don’t think it’s as bad as some are saying

    14. Tochan isn’t an Indian technique lmao. It’s just what we call any kind of towing

Eg – if the traffic police has come to tow your car away – we call them tochan too

    15. Reminds me of the guy who throws his skate through the crowed at a roller rink and it comes back.
